SUNA is a boutique fitness experience designed for elevated movement and transformation. We blend high-intensity and low-impact training with infrared heat, empowering you to move, sweat, and evolve in a space crafted for self-growth.

Yes! New clients can drop in for their first class at a special rate or try one of our intro class packs.
Bring a mat, a Towel, your favorite water bottle, and an open mind. Things get hot, and safety is our priority. We encourage members to bring their own mat and towel to maintain maximum sanitary precautions.
If you forget them, don't sweat it, we offer premium mats and towel rentals for an additional cost.
Wear breathable, form-fitting activewear—something that allows you to move freely. For Lagree, grip socks are required (available for purchase in-studio).

All our memberships renew monthly and can be canceled at any time. Class memberships and packages are non-transferable.
Designed for younger athletes (ages 14-17), this membership provides access to off-peak classes at a special rate. *Parents’ signatures and liability waiver required
Yes, they do! Classes expire depending on the package purchased:
5-Class Pack → Expires in 3 months
8-Class Pack → Expires in 5 months
Drop-In Class → Expires in 30 days
Class packs are non-transferable and tied to your account.

Yes. Doors close at the start of class to maintain the experience for everyone. Late arrivals will not be admitted; please arrive on time.
No worries! Our instructors will guide you through everything. Lagree is challenging but low-impact, making it safe and effective for all levels.
Yes! We offer luxury amenities and spa-grade essentials so that you can refresh after class.
We’re so honored you want to move with us during this special time. However, we don’t recommend attending while pregnant because our classes are heated. We prioritize health and safety. We always advise consulting your doctor to determine what’s best for you and your body.
